About the company

Petropars Company was established with the aim of providing supervision and execution services in the field of buildings, with specialization in the design, supervision, and construction of residential, administrative, industrial, military, educational, and commercial buildings, as well as structural reinforcement, and large-scale development projects. The company’s activities include the construction of concrete, steel, and industrial structures, site development, large-scale residential projects, and project management.

The company holds a Grade 3 certification in buildings from the Management and Planning Organization and a Grade 1 ranking in large-scale residential development with expertise in residential, administrative, industrial, educational, and commercial buildings from the Planning Deputy… The company is expected to obtain certifications in additional fields soon.

Petropars is entirely private (a joint-stock company) and was founded by three civil engineers, each of whom has participated in numerous large-scale national projects in industrial buildings, civil structures, roads, landscaping, and more, either completed or ongoing.

Capabilities and Services
Based on the certifications obtained from the Management and Planning Organization, Petropars is authorized to provide design, supervision, and execution services in buildings, with expertise in residential, administrative, industrial, educational, and commercial buildings, including structural reinforcement. Therefore, within its authorized scope, the company can provide services to both governmental and non-governmental organizations. With a full-time professional staff, the company is capable of delivering effective services across all its areas of expertise.

The main areas of activity can be summarized as follows:

Construction of 1,560 residential units in Parand (in collaboration with Eng. Mahmoud Sadri and Dr. Zangeneh).

Execution of the building section of the Makran Thermal Power Plant project.

Construction of 440 residential units in Pardis.
